A San Diego native, Dr. Yael Breziner brings warmth, precision, and a deep sense of purpose to her work in periodontics and implant dentistry. She began her academic journey at UCLA, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology, and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California. While at USC, she graduated at the top of her class, earning the Robert M. McNulty Memorial Award for academic excellence and induction into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Driven by a passion for serving others, Dr. Breziner spent her dental school years volunteering in underserved communities—an experience that continues to shape her patient-first philosophy today. She completed her specialty training in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry, where she also earned a Master of Science in Oral Biology. As Chief Resident, she led clinical teams and played a key role in implementing the latest evidence-based technologies to improve patient care.
Dr. Breziner is known for combining advanced clinical techniques with compassion and clear communication, helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their care. She is fluent in Spanish and is proud to serve a diverse community, ensuring all patients feel understood, respected, and empowered in their treatment journey. Her approach is grounded in delivering both beautiful results and long-term oral health.
When she's not in the office, you can find Dr. Breziner doing Pilates, reading psychological thrillers, or enjoying beach walks with her husband and their doodle, Neshy. She values a life filled with balance, curiosity, and meaningful connection—with patients, family, and friends alike.
